Feeling: happy, but owwww….

First day on new meds was good.  I think I need to adjust timing by half an hour or so, maybe more, so I can get it just right.  We’ll see how well I sleep tonight.  The owww… is from a headache from the weather change.  The ARNP said to be careful with consuming other substances.  If this is still a problem in the morning, I may bring some sort of CBD to work with me to take the edge off.  I just want to give these meds the cleanest chance possible.
